I’m an education professional, I work in Higher Education at the moment. Back in 2019 I was fascinated by the question of why students in my church seemed to have changed significantly over a few years. Aware of Generational theory, I decided to read all the scholarly work I could find on Gen Z.
Below is the paper I produced as a briefing for Church Leaders, which is dating fast but hopefully still a helpful introduction with some questions for further thought.
